I am a Service Designer with a strong passion for understanding behaviors and innovation.

Over the last 8 years, I have worked on projects across Research, Service Design, Strategic Design and User Experience. I have gained meaningful experiences in different innovation management projects, driving teams and clients through a mixed approach based on Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Co-design. In doing so, I enabled brands to take decisions based on users’ needs while building long term relationships with them.

What I enjoy the most about my job is diving into new and unknown environments, enriching them with the heritage gained from the projects I have worked on, and feeling the joy of moments of true creativity and innovation.

I believe the most important thing when facing a professional challenge is to generate trust, and a safe and easy-going environment for the colleagues and clients involved, and through this positive experience improve people´s lives, both the final results and the way to achieve them.
