The objective of the project was to develop an effective learning experience that would minimize the number of occupational accidents and optimize workers' training times. It is a context of great complexity due to the number of workers and the outsourcing it affects, as well as the variety of training content.
Design
We conducted a deep and extensive field research, we interviewed workers, employees, managers, and training managers. We also visit the works to understand the working context of the users, as well as the times and difficulties they have to deal with
We investigate the approaches that currently exist in different companies and success stories. We develop a great investigation on risk theories with experts in the area. In the same way, we were interested in understanding how a person can change their behavior, what are the reasons for a change in behavior, how the change can be motivated and why a person does not change even though they know that their behavior is risky . For this we have the collaboration of an expert in psychology and pedagogy.
The solution we provide will have an impact on how to design an effective security training: useful, easy to understand, easy to remember, etc., taking into account the context of its users, their real needs and their barriers.
