Iberdrola needs as specified solution for administrator of real estates. The challenge is to design the best digital solution according to the particular needs of this customer profile.
Design
Our project is divided in two phases, research at first and UX test and prototyping later.
In the research we want to understand the ecosystem, needs, improvement opportunities and user profiles. Also we need to know about actual solutions inside and outside of Iberdrola.
The main areas in the project, where we focus on, are: Needs and behaviors of our customer, simplify the process and the stake-holders and define a concept base on time savings.
The success of this project is in identification and separate treatment of customer. The design of research itself was a success to achieve the final product.
