Premios In is a project that recognizes the innovatory work inside the Repsol organization, It is an annual competition that encompasses multidisciplinary team of employees.
After three previous editions, the organization decided to revamp the design and the underlying meaning that the awards. The main aim of the project was to improve the competitor’s experience in order to have an impact on the employee journey map.
Design
Our design is built with the intention of contributing to a positive experience for all employees and stakeholders, not only the final contest winners.
Through this enjoyable experience the employees and competitors learn and define what innovation truly means inside Repsol.
The main areas in the project where we focus on, are: the sense and meaning of the awards within the cultural change that the organization is experiencing; the touchpoints between competitors and awards; the award categories; the voting system; the ceremony; the prizes; and the knowledge management.
The success of this project is adding value to its corporate strategy and thus, elevating the competition to another level.
